Spring Flea Market & Craft Fair

The semi-annual Butchers Hill Flea Market and Crafts Fair is happening on
Saturday, May 10, from 9 am to 2 pm.

~~~~~~~~
Come join us at this free event in Patterson Park near the Observatory and find some great treasures!
There will be over 150 vendors including your neighbors and local nonprofit organizations. Plus there will be wonderful music and great food.
Again this year we will be selling coffee and muffins in the morning and will have our volunteer-pulled wagons roaming the flea market selling beverages.
We are coordinating with local food service vendors to participate and offer their food for sale.
Vendors
Vendor information has been slightly revised; click through to see what the details are this year.
Volunteering
If you’re interested in volunteering your time to help us set up or to help on the day of the flea market, please click the button below.
If you have questions about volunteering, send an email to bhafleamarket21231@gmail.com.
Donations
We have revisted the discussion whether or not to have a BHA table this spring. While we have had a few people willing to volunteer to organize and staff it, there has not been enough of a change to successfully hold it this spring. This means we will be unable to accept donations of items from community members.
If you would like to see the BHA table at future markets, we require a community member willing to take the task on in a leadership capability, and volunteers willing to staff it on the day of the flea market. If you are interested in helping at future flea markets, please let us know by sending an email to BHAFleaMarket21231@gmail.com.
Money raised through the flea market spaces and beverages goes to the Butchers Hill Association. We, in turn, support a number of local nonprofits.
