Welcome to the 2024 Fall Butchers Hill Flea Market & Craft Fair vendor site!
Vendor spaces are sold out!
(We will stop when we sell 150 spaces!)
Please read the following before proceeding to purchase your space.
Spaces are $40 for an individual and $100 for a corporation.
Pay with a credit card or Pay Pal. Your receipt from PayPal will be the only document you will receive confirming payment as a vendor.
The email address on the PayPal/credit card receipt is what we will use to contact you, including how we will send your space number and other information needed to enter the park on September 14.
Please check that email account regularly so you don't miss important information. Also, add bhafleamarket21231@gmail.com and butchers.hill@yahoo.com to your contact list and/or your safe sender list so that our messages don't go to your spam folder.
The "Special Instructions" field is where you can put any special needs you have regarding your space or your requested space number. We will do our best to accommodate everyone on a first-come, first-served basis, but can make no guarantees due to the ever-changing nature of a public park.
We will stop selling spaces once we have reached 150 spaces.
Spaces are approximately 15’ x 15’. We are in a park, so occasionally trees, rocks, other items are in or near spaces. We try to plan for this and work around nature.
Spaces will be preassigned and emailed to you approximately five days prior to the flea market (around September 9).
By purchasing a space, you agree to all of the rules of Patterson Park and the Butchers Hill Flea Market committee, including these things to know for the day of the flea market:
The Fall flea market will be Saturday, September 14, 2024. There is no rain date; there are no refunds for cancellations due to rain or other factors outside our control.
Gates open 6:30 a.m. No cars will be allowed in after 8:00 a.m. If you arrive later, you will need to walk your goods into the park. No trailers will be allowed in after 7:00 a.m.
Enter the park at Baltimore St & Luzerne St. Drive-in bearing left until you reach the check-in.
No vehicles are allowed over the size of a 10' U-Haul truck which measures 19 feet long, 6 feet high, and 6 feet wide. Anything larger (in any direction) will be turned away.
To minimize traffic congestion, all vehicles longer than 20' (combined length with trailer) will only be allowed into the park prior to 7 a.m.
Print and bring your vendor receipt, map, rules, and space number with you. (These will be included in the email with the space assignment sent around September 9.)
Also, bring your PayPal receipt (emailed to you when you pay.) Alternatively, you can have the documents with you on your cell phone or electronic device. If you opt for this method, please have them ready to show at the check-in point to avoid causing a delay.
Bring change. We expect that there will be an ATM available outside the park superintendent’s house. Plan on lots of $10's & $20's being handed to you.
ALL cars must be out of the park by 9 a.m. No exceptions.
Vendors may not sell food, drink, alcohol, tobacco, or firearms.
Trash bags will be provided toward the end of the day. Please take any trash away with you. Help us keep Patterson Park beautiful. You may not leave anything (trash or unsold items) anywhere in the park when you leave.
Baltimore City Violation/Code/Section 7-608.1: DUMPING OVER 25 LBS OF WASTE ON PUBLIC PROPERTY: Fine $250.00.

Additional Information
A GreenDrop truck will be parked near the exit for those of you who want to make any donations at the end of the day. Vehicles will form a line to donate, and workers will help unload/load as quickly as possible. To keep the line moving, drivers must please stay in their car until they are at the truck. They do not accept furniture. If it is too large to pick up with one hand, they can’t take it.
If for some reason you don’t use your space(s), please email bhafleamarket21231@gmail.com. There are no refunds for spaces not used.
Please help us advertise the flea market by sharing information with friends & family on social media or any other way you choose.
